Healtech ES-Eliminator Honda OSE-08
Contains 2 pieces.
Motorcycle manufacturers equip exhaust systems with O2 sensors to measure the oxygen concentration in the exhaust gases of combustion engines. The ECU calculates the value measured by the O2 sensor and dynamically adjusts the air-fuel ratio as needed, for two main reasons: to keep emissions as low as possible and to keep fuel consumption as low as possible.
However, reducing emissions usually means the motorcycle runs lean, mostly at lower RPMs, resulting in uneven power delivery, delayed throttle response, and a jerky riding experience.
Whether you simply want to disconnect a faulty O2 sensor or opt for dyno tuning, the O2 sensor can be an obstacle. However, disconnecting the O2 sensor from the vehicle's main wiring harness immediately illuminates the FI (Fixed Intake) light.
The OS Eliminator eliminates the FI light as soon as you connect it to the O2 sensor connector. Since the OSE comes with vehicle-specific connectors, no splicing or other modifications to the vehicle's original wiring are required.
