R&G FIM PRO engine covers were specifically tested and developed in collaboration with select BSB racing teams. Based on the analysis of crash damage from various motorcycles and riders, it was determined which areas of the engine are particularly vulnerable and require increased protection. These new engine covers ensure that even the most extreme impacts can be withstood.
This is achieved through a replaceable slider/puck on the impact surface. Its thickness prevents it from wearing through, even during prolonged sliding. This provides optimal protection for the original engine cover. The key advantage is that this slider can be easily replaced after a crash, saving money by eliminating the need to replace the entire cover!
The covers are made of aluminum for high strength, durability (and a great look) and perfectly complement our crash pads.
