The STX 46 Street shock absorber for the BMW R nineT Scrambler (2016-2020) and R nineT Urban G/S (2017-2020) has a large 46 mm piston and an external piggyback reservoir.

With the adjustable rebound and compression damping, you can adapt the behavior of the shock absorber to your wishes. The external reservoir not only offers additional adjustment options, but also holds a larger volume of oil, which keeps the shock absorber cooler even under extreme riding conditions.

The shock absorber has an integrated hydraulic spring preload adjuster to compensate for weight fluctuations and a length adjuster that allows changes to the ride height without affecting the suspension travel.
