R&G Racing Clutch Protector YZF-R1 2004-2005

R & G Race Series engine covers have been specially tested and developed in collaboration with selected BSB racing teams. Analysis of crash damage to various motorcycles and riders has identified which areas of the engine are particularly vulnerable and where greater protection is required. The new ‘Strong Race’ engine covers are designed to withstand even the most extreme conditions.
This is achieved by means of a replaceable slider or puck on the impact surface, which, thanks to its thickness, ensures that it does not wear through even after prolonged sliding. This provides optimum protection for the original engine cover. The highlight is that this slider can be easily replaced in the event of a crash, which also saves money as you don't have to replace the entire cover!
The covers are handmade from 4 mm polypropylene for high strength, durability (and good looks) and complement our crash pads perfectly.
Easy to install: simply screw the R & G engine cover protector over the original engine housing.

Scope of delivery: 1x clutch protector ‘Strong Race’ suitable for Ducati Panigale 959 / 1199 / 1299 / V2 models of all model years. (Not suitable for use with original fairing)
