R&G Racing Alternator Protector KTM 1050 / 1090 / 1190 / 1290 Adventure 2013-2020

R&G Race Series Covers were specially tested and developed in collaboration with select BSB racing teams. Based on the analysis of crash damage from various motorcycles and riders, it was determined which areas of the engine are particularly vulnerable and where increased protection is needed. The new "Strong Race" engine guard covers ensure that even the most extreme impacts are met.
This is achieved through a replaceable slider/puck on the impact surface. Its thickness prevents it from wearing through, even during prolonged sliding. This provides optimal protection for the original engine cover. The key feature is that this slider can be easily replaced after a crash, saving money by eliminating the need to replace the entire cover!
The covers are handcrafted from 4 mm polypropylene for high strength, durability (and a great look) and perfectly complement our crash pads.
