The Öhlins cartridge system fits into the original front fork, springs have to be ordered individually. Please follow our recommendations regarding spring rates and oil in relation to rider's weight and preference listed in the specific cartridge kit's mounting instruction.

Installation Tools
For a correct installation of the cartridge kit into the standard front fork the following tools are required. These tools are not included.

- Stopper plate 8/10/12, part no. 02810-03
- Tool, pull up M8, part no. 01765-08

Additional Consumables
Various operating materials may be required for the professional installation of the cartridge kit. These are not included in the scope of delivery. Please refer to the installation instructions for the respective product.

- Red grease, 100 g, part no. 00146-01
- Grease Statoil CaH 92, 100 g, part no. 00159-02
- Loctite 2400, 50 ml, part no. 01791-25
- Loctite 2700, 50 ml, part no. 01791-27

Therefore it is strongly recommended to have the cartridge kit installed by a professional motorcycle or suspension workshop.
