The ES Calibrator is an essential tool for owners of newer Aprilia motorcycles. It enables quick and easy calibration of the exhaust servo motor without the need to reconnect the original servo motor or exhaust valve. Simply connect it to your motorcycle's diagnostic port, turn the ignition key, and let the ESC do the rest. Calibration is complete in less than a minute.

The ES Calibrator is useful in two scenarios. In Scenario A, it calibrates an exhaust servo motor and exhaust valve that are functioning correctly but require calibration to prevent errors.

In Scenario B, if the exhaust servo motor has been replaced with a HealTech ESE module, but the ECU is still displaying an error code, the ES Calibrator allows the ECU to be calibrated to accept the ESE module as a virtual servo motor without requiring the original equipment to be reinstalled. It also clears the error code once the calibration is complete.
