Spark Exhaust presents its new solutions for the 2025 Aprilia RSV4 and Tuono: a modular titanium exhaust system consisting of a header and slip-on exhaust with a titanium connecting pipe. This project combines racing technology, functionality, and design while maintaining the distinctive look of the visible TIG welds.

The GAP8502 header, optimized in terms of diameter, taper, and volume, allows for the removal of the stock catalytic converter and offers a significant improvement in exhaust flow and engine response, while saving 3.7 kg compared to the original part.

The package includes a mechanical exhaust valve emulator to prevent warning lights from illuminating on the dashboard, as well as a special bracket for removing the passenger footrest.

This product is not street legal.

The slip-on series is available in the Konix Evo, Force Evo, and the new Force Full Carbon 2026 versions, all constructed entirely of carbon fiber: a synthesis of lightness, design, and material innovation.

These products represent the natural evolution of Spark's collaboration with racing teams: methods, technologies, and quality standards developed on the racetrack are transferred to street products to achieve maximum performance while complying with the increasingly stringent noise limits on European racetracks.
